Perhaps in anticipation of being litigated by <strong>MGM Mirage<\/strong> over the monumental screwup that is the unoccupied, unfinished <strong>Harmon Hotel<\/strong>, contractor <strong>Perini Building<\/strong> has launched a preemptive strike against MGM <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSTRE62C06E20100313\" target=\"_blank\">in the form of mechanics liens<\/a>.
