By leaking that they&#8217;re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/28618368\/sources-raiders-pursue-tom-brady-qb-becomes-free-agent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">primed to pursue<\/a> <strong>Tom Brady<\/strong>, how else? We don&#8217;t <em>know<\/em> that the Raiders let slip the news on <strong>Super Bowl<\/strong> Sunday but who else would have the inside <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-19529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Raiders.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"142\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Raiders.png 275w, https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/stiffs-and-georges\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Raiders-150x100.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 213px) 100vw, 213px\" \/>knowledge and the incentive to do it? If the <em>Malosos<\/em> want to make a Brady-to-Vegas deal happen for a certainty they could give Coach <strong>Jon Gruden<\/strong> the sack (which would be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isgrudengoneyet.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"broken_link\">hella expensive<\/a>) and hire <strong>Josh McDaniels<\/strong> instead. But <strong>ESPN<\/strong> makes a convincing case for why Gruden could sweet-talk Brady and how the 7-9 Raiders would offer the legendary QB a promising array of weapons. The team has to do something to make their 2020 more auspicious than their perfunctory exit from <strong>Oakland<\/strong> was. Us, we think Brady is likelier than not to return to the <strong>New England Patriots<\/strong> but seeing him in the silver and black would give the Raiders and <strong>Las Vegas<\/strong>\u2014think all those extra fannies in the seats\u2014a shot in the arm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How could the Las Vegas Raiders upstage the biggest sporting event of the year?
