What the &#8230; ? Was this an official Rio event? There&#8217;s no mention of it either on the casino&#8217;s Web site nor on its desultory <strong>Twitter<\/strong> feed. (I can hardly wait for President <strong>Marilyn Winn<\/strong> to bring this &#8220;Who cares?&#8221; style to <strong>Planet Hollywood<\/strong>.) It took a little poking around on <strong>Google<\/strong> but, yes indeedy, there&#8217;s a car wash The Rio today, <a href=\"http:\/\/lasvegasblog.harrahs.com\/las-vegas-casinos\/rio-all-suites-hotel-casino\/rio-hotties-host-car-wash-for-charity\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"broken_link\">manned by the <strong>Chippendales <\/strong>dancers<\/a>. Last year, <strong>Sapphire<\/strong> dancers did the wax-on\/wax-off honors but there&#8217;s been a little, uh, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lasvegasvegas.com\/2009\/07\/sapphire_pool_at_rio_closes_du_1.php\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"broken_link\">problem with law enforcement<\/a> in the interim.<\/p>\n<p>But still &#8230; two handwritten placards?
