However, the parcel is to the <em>west<\/em> of <strong>Las Vegas Boulevard<\/strong>. The seemingly desirable <strong>Skyvue<\/strong> site remains unsold (or at least untransferred) until today. As eagle-eyed <em>Las Vegas Advisor<\/em> reader <strong>Peter Bijlsma<\/strong> writes, &#8220;The lot that was sold to\u00a0The Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation is not the SkyVue site at the Strip. According to the Assessor records they bought the parcel with APN 162-28-202-013 at 95 East Ali Baba Lane. This is the lot between E\u00a0Ali Baba Lane, Giles St and E Mandalay Bay Rd.\u00a0<em>Sale price was $12 million<\/em>. [emphasis added]\u00a0It\u2019s across the street from <strong>The Oasis Apartments<\/strong> complex which was sold to <strong>ED-Den Investment Co. LLC<\/strong>. for $15.6 million.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p>Approximately 25 acres remain unsold at this point. <strong>Howard Bulloch<\/strong> just can&#8217;t unload that acreage for love or\u2014more importantly\u2014money. We&#8217;ve struck out with ED-Den Investment, which isn&#8217;t registered with the <strong>Nevada<\/strong> secretary of state nor easily located on <strong>Google<\/strong>. So it&#8217;s anybody&#8217;s guess what fate holds in store for Oasis Apartments &#8230; or indeed for Skyvue. We apologize profoundly for the error.
