The book is intended to fill the void left by the defunct <em>Michelin Guide<\/em>. It&#8217;s promised that the book&#8217;s survey will range from hidden gems to the most famous restaurants on the Strip &#8230; although I hear that <strong>Pamplemousse<\/strong> didn&#8217;t make the cut. Heck, I&#8217;m still trying to persuade local scribe <strong>Dave Surratt<\/strong> to make <a href=\"http:\/\/http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/y9e8pbs\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"broken_link\">P&#8217;mousse<\/a> the subject of an original play, with powerhouse actor <strong>Erik Amblad<\/strong> portraying a maitre&#8217;d.
