Some city parents think they&apos;ve found the perfect site, but it&apos;s still a long shot. Just keep it out of <strong>the Loop<\/strong>, OK? Seriously, downtown Chicago is looking livelier than it has in a while and doesn&apos;t need a big-ass casino plunked in its midst. The likelihood that it would be Windy City version of, say, a classy anomaly like <strong>MGM Grand Detroit<\/strong> is pretty remote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So much for speculation<\/strong> that Australian casino magnate <strong>James Packer<\/strong> would get into the running for <strong>Fontainebleau<\/strong>. Seems that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=20601081&amp;sid=a349ehpr9ycE\" class=\"broken_link\">Packer is buying up<\/a> <strong>Crown Ltd<\/strong>. stock instead. (Indeed, why would Packer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.abc.net.au\/news\/stories\/2009\/10\/12\/2711031.htm\">write off his F&apos;bleau investment<\/a>, then double down on <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424052748704882404574465874047672190.html?mod=dist_smartbrief\">the failing development<\/a>?)
