The company is heavily exposed in terms of room inventory and CEO <strong>Bill Hornbuckle<\/strong> seems to be having second thoughts about that &#8216;cheaper to reopen&#8217; strategy after third-quarter revenues cratered, resulting in a $535 million loss. Speaking to investors, Hornbuckle played his cards close to the vest. \u201cThere are certain amenities, certain towers, certain brands potentially that could face closure from mid-November\u2014give or take\u2014through the holiday season.\u201d He added \u201cWe\u2019re keeping a close eye on it as we go forward.\u201d The likeliest scenario would be midweek shutdowns like those at <strong>Encore<\/strong> and <strong>Palazzo<\/strong>.
