It&apos;s a bit of kabuki theatre whereby Penn and executives CEO <strong>Peter Carlino<\/strong>, President <strong>Tim Wilmott<\/strong>, CFO <strong>Bill Clifford<\/strong> and veep <strong>Robert Ippolito<\/strong> can go through the licensing process now, just in case they feel like acquiring something significant down the road.<\/p>\n<p>Mind you, <strong>Donald Trump<\/strong> did the same thing several years ago, by dint of a buying a stake in <strong>Rivieria Holdings<\/strong>. Nothing ever came of it.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"415\" height=\"272\" src=\"\/userfiles\/Image\/macau-galaxy-starworld.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Clouds over Macao<\/strong>.
