And the on-board gambling (which <em>S&amp;G<\/em> never took seriously) has been ixnayed. So whaddya do when you need a quick jolt of publicity? Hire a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/las-vegas-railway-express-inc-x-train-announces-appointment-of-world-renowned-celebrity-chef-rick-moonens-management-company-to-develop-x-train-food-and-beverage-operation-2010-05-25?reflink=MW_news_stmp\" target=\"_blank\">celebrity chef<\/a>, what else? <strong>Rick Moonen<\/strong> has more &#8220;cred&#8221; with foodies than, say, <strong>Wolfgang Puck<\/strong>, the <strong>Ronald McDonald<\/strong> of fine dining. However, Moonen&#8217;s cuisine is definitely upscale and a big X Train selling point is affordability.
