After nearly mismanaging the property into extinction, owner <strong>Colony Capital<\/strong> has given President <strong>Michael Frawley<\/strong> $20 million, which Frawley&#8217;s plowing into a new <strong>Kerry Simon<\/strong> restaurant, fewer &#8212; but newer &#8212; slots, a &#8220;daylife&#8221; area and, yes, barnstorming old politicians (<strong>Bill Clinton<\/strong> is also among those announced).<\/p>\n<p>Given how much money the A.C. Hilton continues to lose, Colony may have waited too long to rejuvenate what had become a grind joint.
