They&#8217;re <a href=\"http:\/\/view.exacttarget.com\/?j=fe5f1575766c0c7e7417&amp;m=ff031570776603&amp;ls=fdee177975670c7c7c107673&amp;l=fec915757d60067f&amp;s=fe2a1c73716c0475701570&amp;jb=ffcf14&amp;ju=fe2b15777164027f721c71\" target=\"_blank\">all worth reading<\/a> but three seem particularly applicable to present-day <strong>Las Vegas<\/strong> casinos:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If  you expect your employees to pick up trash from the floor, but you seem  to pass it by &#8230; you probably don&#8217;t offer good customer service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If  your front desk has 48 check-in windows &#8212; but only 4 front desk clerks  &#8212; and you have to worry about how to form a queue &#8230; you probably  don&#8217;t offer good customer service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2022 <\/span><\/span><\/span><span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">If  the number of people standing in your buffet line is equal to the  number of empty tables in your buffet &#8230; you probably don&#8217;t offer good  customer service.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Raving Consulting President Steve Browne has published a litany of signs of poor customer service.
