Unfortunately, this summit meeting is overshadowed by the forthcoming collaboration of Madonna<\/strong> and Cirque du Soleil<\/strong>, a pairing that promises to bring us the gayest Super Bowl<\/strong> halftime show in living memory.<\/p>\n Cirque du Scuttlebutt<\/strong>. Unconfirmed rumblings from under the big top have Michael Jackson The Immortal <\/em>rerouted from Mandalay Bay<\/strong> to the showroom at Aria<\/strong>, allegedly much to the chagrin of Cirque insiders. (Wherever you put it, you’d probably have to reconfigure the bejeezus out of the space, judging by the show’s touring incarnation.) The CityCenter<\/strong> theater currently hosts Viva Elvis<\/em><\/a>. Even though that show is living on borrowed time, Cirque has reportedly pink-slipped most of the dancers to make room for new acrobatic acts.
