During her <em>Stronger<\/em> tour, the rocker evidently wasn&#8217;t too impressed with the sprung structure that serves as a concert hall, captioning her pose (left), &#8220;<em>Coming to a yurt near you &#8230;<\/em>&#8221; However, the Riverdome probably wasn&#8217;t as underwhelming as the supposedly state-of-the-art <strong>Palms<\/strong>, evidently the one casino venue on the tour that couldn&#8217;t manage to put up the projection scrim for the opening number, &#8220;Dark Side.&#8221; Like the imminent (but date-unspecified) closing of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lasvegasadvisor.com\/referenceguide-diningdetail.cfm?DiningID=154\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Gardu\u00f1o&#8217;s<\/strong><\/a>, it&#8217;s one more indication that <strong>George Maloof<\/strong> has <!--more-->well and truly left the building. Then there was that <em>Being Human<\/em> promotional wrap, installed <a href=\"http:\/\/broadwayworld.com\/article\/STAGE-TUBE-Sneak-Peek-Syfys-BEING-HUMAN-Season-2-Premiering-116-20111230\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">to tie in with the series&#8217; Jan. 16 season premiere<\/a>, which literally took months to remove, bit by bit. My guess is that Palms President <strong>Joseph Magliarditi<\/strong> farmed the job out to one old guy with a manual paint scraper.
