Miles+Points airline/hotel loyalty programs and learning to optimize the use of loyalty programs are intense interests of Michael’s. Current projects include TravelZork, ZorkFest (Travel and Casino Loyalty Conference), ZorkCast Podcast (GOT 9 minutes? - A chat about casinos, luxury travel, Las Vegas, and gambling with a focus on experiences.) and curating of the largest BAEC Gold++ FaceBook group.
