4th of July in Vegas 2021

Here in Las Vegas, July 4th is a big event over the long weekend. Celebrations will launch on Friday the 2nd and continue through Sunday night with the major fireworks displays. All times and dates are listed; please note the events, such as at the Plaza and Summerlin, on Friday the 2nd and Saturday the 3rd.

4th of July Fireworks and Festivities:

On July 4th at 11 p.m., Las Vegas will launch a themed, coordinated, fireworks display from the rooftops of Aria, Caesars Palace, Planet Hollywood, Resorts World, the Strat, Treasure Island, and the Venetian.

Mandalay Bay

Mandalay Bay will light up the sky with a fireworks display and performance by Sublime with Rome. The show begins on 7/4 at 8:30 p.m., followed by the fireworks display at 10:30 p.m.

LINQ Promenade

The LINQ Promenade will celebrate Independence Day with traditional festivities and family fun at the All-American BLOQ party beginning at noon. Activities include flag performers, stilt walkers, baton twirlers, and much more. The High Roller observation wheel will be lit red, white, and blue beginning at sunset.

Plaza

The Plaza will be celebrating its 50th anniversary and 4th of July with three nights of spectacular fireworks, July 2-4. Staged from multiple locations on the Plaza’s rooftops and towers, the display will be visible for miles.

M Resort

M Resort celebrates the 4th of July poolside with a fireworks display at 9 p.m.

Galleria at Sunset

Visit Galleria at Sunset for a star-spangled sky fireworks display on July 4th at 9 p.m.

Station Casinos

This year, Station Casinos will celebrate its 45th anniversary with multiple fireworks displays throughout the valley. 

Palace Station fireworks display will take place on Thursday July 1 at 9 p.m.

Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson and Red Rock Casino in Summerlin will celebrate the 4th of July with 10-minute fireworks displays starting at 9 p.m. 

Wet’ N’ Wild

Wet’ N’ Wild will be throwing a huge celebration at its friendly neighborhood water park with festivities and fireworks on the Fourth beginning at 6 p.m. The fireworks will take place toward the end of the evening.

Cowabunga Bay

Cowabunga Bay will hold a three-day Independence Day celebration beginning July 2nd that includes nightly fireworks shows starting at 8:45 p.m. There will also be a DJ, food trucks, and balloon animals for the kids.

Floyd Lamb Park

Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs will hold a free celebration on the Fourth 6-9 p.m. with a fireworks display, music, vendors, activities, and more. Park entry fees will be waived for this event.

Summerlin 

Summerlin will celebrate its 27th Annual Patriotic Parade this 4th of July. America’s Birthday Party Parade will take place July 3, beginning at 9 a.m., featuring parade floats, towering balloons, and performances.

Las Vegas Ballpark

Head to Las Vegas Ballpark on July 2nd-3rd as the Las Vegas Aviators take on the Sacramento River Cats with a fireworks display at the end of the game.

Night of Fire at the Bullring — Las Vegas Motor Speedway

On July 3rd, Night of Fire will showcase stock-car and skid-plate races at 7 p.m. A fireworks show follows the racing. Admission is $15 and gates open at 5 p.m. 

Lake Las Vegas

Celebrate Independence Day at the Star Spangled Sky fireworks display over Lake Las Vegas, July 4 at 9 p.m. 

Boulder City Damboree, Fourth of July Parade, and Fireworks

Boulder City’s 73rd annual Damboree 4th of July celebration will be held at Bicentennial Park and Veteran’s Memorial Park July 3rd and 4th, featuring a pancake breakfast, parade, and vendor village, culminating in a fireworks display on the Fourth at 9 p.m.

Pahrump 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular

Celebrate the 4th of July at the annual Pahrump Independence Day celebration at Petrack Park. The festivities will take place on the Fourth with fireworks beginning at 8:45 p.m. Enjoy family-friendly activities, entertainment, food, arts & crafts vendors and more. Bring a blanket or lounge chair and watch one of southern Nevada’s longest fireworks displays.

Rockets Over The River — Laughlin

The 30th annual fireworks display over the Colorado River will start at approximately 9 p.m. on Sunday the Fourth. Patriotic music will choreograph the fireworks display and simulcast over Laughlin hotel speakers and local radio stations. Free public viewing will be along the Laughlin Riverwalk.

Mesquite Fireworks

On July 4th, the Eureka Casino Resort will feature a concert by the Nevada POPS Orchestra and fireworks display starting at 6 p.m. Admission is free and the concert begins at 8 p.m., followed by fireworks accompanied by the orchestra at 9 p.m.

Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville Fireworks Viewing Party — Flamingo

Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville is throwing a fireworks viewing party on Sunday 9:30-11:30 p.m. The price is $135 per person and includes an open call-brand bar with appetizers and guaranteed view of fireworks.

Concerts & Comedy:

Concerts include Bruno Mars July 3-4 at Park MGM, Sublime with Rome July 4 at Mandalay Bay, and Miley Cyrus July 4 at Resorts World. Comedy-wise, Bill Burr performs July 3 at the Cosmopolitan and Dave Chappelle July 3 at MGM Grand.

Pool Parties:

If it’s a pool party you’re looking for, here are a few suggestions: Marquee Pool at the Cosmopolitan, Daylight at Mandalay Bay, Drai’s at the Cromwell, Encore Beach at Encore, and Ayu Dayclub at Resorts World.
