St. Patrick’s Day in Las Vegas 2020

On St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday March 17, everyone’s Irish! This is especially true in Las Vegas, which jumps on any excuse for a party, particularly if it involves beer, Irish whiskey and coffee, and fun stuff like wearing o’ the green, leprechauns, Celtic music and dance, corned beef and cabbage, banishing snakes, blarney, and of course luck! 

Here are all the places to participate in the all-day blowout.   

Las Vegas Going Green

Beginning March 13, in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, the “Welcome to Fabulous Vegas” sign will turn green and stay green through March 17. Other Las Vegas landmarks going green include the LINQ Promenade and High Roller, the Venetain and Palazzo marquees, the Plaza, and the historic La Concha Visitors Center at the Neon Museum.

Fremont Street Experience – March 13-17

This year’s St. Patrick’s Day festivities include authentic Irish entertainment, live tribute bands, and lots of bars offering specials.

St. Party’s Day Beer Walk, Llama Lot – March 14, 5- 8 p.m.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at St. Party’s Day in downtown Las Vegas. This event will feature a large selection of bottomless beer, live music, and food trucks located at 900 Fremont St.

Sham-Rock The Park, Container Park

A St. Paddy’s Day beer-fest with options for all you can drink that includes green beer and Guinness at several beer stations located throughout the park, with plenty of live music and Irish shenanigans.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Firefighter Fun Challenge – March 17, noon

Las Vegas Valley firefighters will host their St. Patrick’s Day Invitational Parade beginning at noon on Fremont and Main streets. The parade will end in front of Hogs & Heifers on Main St. for the Firefighters Skills Challenge competition. There will be fire trucks on display, Irish dancers, and more.

St. Patrick’s Day Party under the Dome, Plaza – March 17, 7 -10 p.m.

The Plaza invites you to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day under the green dome with live music, a live DJ, drink specials, and leprechauns. Green fireworks will go off at 10:30 p.m.  

St. Paddy’s Day Backyard Bash, Gold Spike – March 17-18

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Gold Spike’s Backyard Bash with plenty of drink specials, including $3 PBR draft, $5 Jameson shots. $6 Guinness cans, and more.

Downtown Grand – March 17

Enjoy all-you-can-drink green beer for $25 or $3 drafts at Freedom Beat Bar.

La Comida, Downtown – March 17

La Comida celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with Irish dishes and drinks served all day. Try a “Lucky 7” drink special, which includes $7 leprechaun shots, $7 Modelo draft beer, and $7 Irish sours.

O’Sheas BLOQ Party, The LINQ – March 17, noon

The BLOQ Party begins at noon with a leprechaun parade down the LINQ Promenade led by Brain Lucky Thomas featuring drummers, stilt walkers, celebrity guests, bagpipes, and Irish dancers. The parade will end at O’Sheas, followed by a St. Patrick’s Day toast by Mr. Lucky.

Celtic Feis, New York New York – March 15, 3 p.m. & 17, 9:30 a.m.

On March 15 and 17 there will be two parades. Starting at Bliss in the Park, the Las Vegas Pipe Band will lead the parade through the casino, ending up at the Brooklyn Bridge with Irish flair entertainment.

Beer Park, Paris – March 17

Beer Park will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a beer and whiskey special, an Irish-inspired corn beef and cabbage cheesesteak, and college hoops.

Ri Ra, Mandalay Bay, March 13-17

Ri Ra Las Vegas will have a 5-day celebration of Irish food, drink, and culture with live music from the Crooked Jacks, who will play throughout the week, as well as Irish dancers, bagpipers, and lots of giveaways.

Miracle Mile Shops, Planet Hollywood

Cabo Wabo – March 17

Cabo Wabo will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with special Irish dishes and green beer. All green draft beers start at $7 and green frozen margaritas start at $13. Green tortilla chips will also be served with the cantina’s famous housemade salsa ($4.50).

Blondies – March 13-17

Blondies will offer pints of festive green Bud Light, Guinness cans, and shots of Jameson, Proper Twelve, and Tullamore Dew for $5 each from March 13-17.

Chosun Hwaro Naro Teppan – March 17

Chosun Hwaro Naro Teppan will offer green-beer specials and half-priced green-grape Soju for $7 frm 9 a.m.-midnight.

Flights – March 17

Guests sporting their best green attire are invited to Flights for $10 Guinness and a Jameson shot special 9 a.m.-midnight.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish – March 17

Stop by Hot N Juicy Crawfish for $5 green-beer specials and the Leprechaun, a drink made with rum and cognac, for $8. Limit two specialty cocktails per person, all day.

Crush American Grill, MGM Grand – March 17, 5 p.m. 

Crush celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with its annual bash hosted by Irishman, bartender, and resident funologist, Johnny “KOD” O’Donnell. Featured drinks include $5 shots of Tullamore Dew whiskey, Irish Mules, and Fever-Tree ginger beer for $9.

Public House, Luxor – March 17

Public House is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with shots of Jameson ($12), bangers and mash ($20), and a bucket of beer ($25).

Bailiwick St. Paddy’s Day, Orleans, March 17, 3 p.m.

Join the party at Bailiwick with live entertainment and cocktails to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Food offerings include corned beef and cabbage, Shepherd pie, and Car Bomb cocktails for $7.

The Boozy Leprechaun Hotel, Artisan, March 17, 8 p.m.

The Boozy Leprechaun Hotel is popping up just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. Inside the hotel, you’ll find complimentary Irish cocktails, Guinness beer, and Champagne. Make your way through the Leprechaun cocktail parlor, the Guinness Taproom, and the Irish dance party with the Wish Washy Dubliner Band & DJ Ol’ McKinney. Tickets are $20. 

South Point – March 17

Celebrate the luck of the Irish at South Point, where specialty menus will be available at the Coronado Cafe and Garden Buffet.

Earl Grey Cafe, Rampart Casino – March 17

Enjoy a traditional Irish feast at Earl Grey Cafe, with a three-course prix fixe meal for $19.99 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

McMullen’s Irish Pub – March 17

Get into the spirit of St. Paddy’s Day with John Gannon, John Windsor, and the Bogtrotters at McMullen’s Irish Pub on Tropicana near the Orleans. Food and drink specials will be available.

Ritchie McNeely’s, District at Green Valley Ranch – March 10-17

Ritchie McNeely’s is offering $5 drink specials, including Jameson, Guinness Blonde, Guinness, Harp, and Smithwicks.

McFadden’s, Town Square – March 17

McFadden’s is celebrating with traditional Irish dishes, beer, Shepherd’s pie, and more. Drink specials include $5 green beer, $6 Jameson, and $7 Guinness.

Remedy’s & Distill, March 17   

Party it up at any of the 11 Distill and Remedy’s locations as they host their annual St. Patrick’s Day party starting at 6 p.m. Enjoy green beer, leprechauns, Car Bombs, Guinness, corned beef and cabbage, and a Wear o’ the Green costume contest.

Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, Downtown Summerlin – March 17

Go green at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant with a St. Pancho’s enchilada ($19.95). Pancho’s will offer a happy hour 2-7 p.m. Drink specials include $3 off the house and flavored margaritas, well cocktails, and house wine.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival, Henderson Events Plaza – March 13-15

Don’t miss the 54th annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival, with three days of holiday celebrations including a carnival, festival, car show, and live entertainment.

Las Vegas St. Patrick’s Day Run, Boulder City – March 14

Start your day with the Las Vegas St. Patrick’s Day Run on the Historic Railroad Trail. Wear your green and enjoy a beautiful run with hundreds of runners and stunning views of Lake Mead  National Park.

    Will there be an updated list of events for St. Patty’s Day? Pretty sure the Parade and Run aren’t happening, but what about other events? Thanks!
