Welcome to LVA's FAQ

On these pages, we answer the questions about Las Vegas that we've fielded day in and day out for decades.

We've organized the questions into 10 categories that you can select from the drop-down menu on the top navigation bar. Each question is appropriate to the category. The answer opens in a new window.

If you have a burning question that's not addressed here or elsewhere on our site, please send it in via our Question of the Day feature, where every day we tackle a different topic concerning Las Vegas and/or gambling submitted by our readers.

You can also search the QoD archives, where more likely than not, you'll find at least some discussion about your question, if not the definitive answer.

What casino is it on the north end of the strip that has the balconies overlooking the strip on the second level and are those pool balconies? It is around the Venetian area I think, on the east side I think too.
