The Arizona Diamondbacks & SB1070-Easy Money? With all the protests, an owner, Ken Kendrick who openly supports the anti-immigration bill, to the point where he is entertaining political supporters of the bill in his owner's box, latin ballplayers who spoke up against the bill and were then told not to by team management, I would think this could be a team to fade if it affects their play, which it probably would. A couple of players from the team spoke up against the bill and were told to keep quiet from team management. Everywhere this team goes they have to deal with protests and questions regarding the bill. I would think this team has got to be significantly distracted, and somewhat demoralized, especially recently given the intense publicity this week. The negativity of the protests, the unpleasant topic, and management-player conflicts can't help moral and help them play any better. I guess I'm late to the party, seeing they've dropped 7 in a row. Any thoughts...
