Rudy[/QUOTE] Opinions from lawyers (ESPN, Comcast Bay Area) that I'm hearing are that minimal jail time would be served. Federal guidelines call for something like 15 to 21 months. Bond's lawyers are asking the judge to throw out the conviction so its likely that it will take a while to sort out.
Now that the trail is over MLB should open a Hall Of Shame, lets say in Newark, for Bonds, Clemons, McGuire, Palmerio, Sosa, ....
