Couple of Giants' Trends for 8/15

Couple of Giants' Trends for 8/15 The Giants are 0-12 since 2006 as a HOME FAVORITE when they are off a walk off win and it is not the first game of a series. The SDQL is: team=Giants and HF and SG>1 and p:WOW and season>=2006 On the other hand, the Giants are 10-0 as a favorite with Lincecum when they lost his last two starts. He produced a quality start in each one of the ten games. The SDQL text is: starter=Tim Lincecum and F and s:L and ss:L Which one, if either, do you lean toward? Prof Meyer
Giants are a fade all month. In your case, Lincecum's got such a high winning percentage that the relative effectiveness of your 10-0 case is diminished. In addition, Lincecum is nearly always a favorite. The Giants have been winning lucky all summer. It has to end, and their lines are inflated because they are winning. I know earlier I said to fade the Giants except for when Lincecum starts, but they've continued to win. I am now betting against them every time out.
Yeah, I see your points. It's easy to see that the 10-0 trend probably does not provide much, if any, line value. Only two of the ten games are from this season and the Giants only beat the Pirates and Brewers in those two games -- as expected. Thanks for the input. Prof Meyer
Im going small with Padres on the runline.

Padres on the run-line Yep. Thanks makes a lot of sense. Padres have ten one-run road wins this season -- second only to the Royals (!) with 11. Prof M.
The Giants will be dogs this week. They play 3 at Philly and 3 at St Louis. After that, they come home for 3 vs Cincy. This should be a very tough stretch for them.
