I bet Moore on the pitching change

I bet Moore on the pitching change Pinnacle opened this at +1.5-130 so I waited until someone bet it there just to make sure I'm not nuts and then bet some of it myself at 5 Dimes. The Rays will start Moore. Everything I have heard is that this guy is a major phenom. He did strike out 11 Yankees in 5 innings in the game the Rays hammered the Yankees in his debut. Since I've never seen him I can't comment on his pitches or his pitching make up. I will defer to Maddon who obviously thinks he can handle the stress of the Game #1 situation. The Rays are a huge underdog in this game and CJ Wilson has given them problems from what I've seen. They played a long series last year these teams and I don't think the Rays should be such a dog in this game. The Rangers hit like crazy and now they're experienced but there is also no Cliff Lee so this could be another close series. Moneyline players can get +165 to me is good value on this game.

I looked into Texas vs. left handed pitching since this play has come back a bit. Texas was 26-21 vs. LHP. And they are 18-7 at home. Texas hit a league best .282 vs LHP and several of their hitters like Young, Napoli and Beltre have hit LHP well. No doubt these type of stats are limiting how enthused bettors might be about Moore's chances this afternoon I would think. Personally, if I have any faith in a play like I find I have to add to it at Matchbook or perhaps some other offshore book as opposed to finding a deal in Nevada. I still think Texas really shouldn't be more than 60% on the moneyline in this game but obviously that is not the consensus. But if Matchbook or some other book will give the play to me at +1.5-120 I will add half a unit to it.
