Joel's 2014 baseball picks Backstory: For 13 years I've been picking games against a sports fan square friend from my college days. The winner at the end of the week gets lunch the following week. For 10 years he won eight times. I realized none of my systems were working so I decided to pick only favorites, with occasional +110 dogs or less (all following a system).
The past three years he has won twice, still, meaning even picking mostly dogs in those head-to-head matchups he was winning, and even the year he lost, he was still plus money because these "disagreements" were games in which I almost always had the favorite.
So I can't explain it, and obviously this is stupid and not statistically significant, but I will share the picks with you guys. For me, I will either win money or lunch. [I]Asà es.[/I] Also, these picks only happen on days when he works, which is most M-F, so no weekends. Good luck to all.
