Kurt Gibson WTF? How do you not bunt Hill in that situation? Most likely 2nd and 3rd then with 1 out. Intentional walk to Upton and now you can score a lot of ways with bases loaded and pressure is on the pitcher. What is the worst that can happen, bad bunt and guy gets forced at third, and Upton is up with 1st and 2nd and 1 out.
Secondly- Morgan up with 1 out in extra innings- guy on 2nd. Why is the centerfielder so deep? He gave himself no shot to throw the guy out at home. Morgan is a slap hitter, he's not going to beat you in the gap or over your head. I just couldn't believe the CF was playing so deep with winning run on 2nd in that situation. The ball was scorched and the play was not even close at home.
