Monday MLB - One Total [B]912 Cleveland Under 9[/B] Cecil vs Talbot Great spot for the under, here. Cleveland can't plate runs with only 85 scored this year, 31st in baseball. Cleveland can't hit overall. Cleveland can't hit lefthanders [B]at all[/B]. Their BA is a miniscule .173 against southpaws. That is bad, very bad. I don't look for that to change tonight with Toroto's Cecil on the hill. Cleveland's Mitch Talbot has been impressive so far. He's been one a few bright spots for this team with his ERA slightly above 2.00. The game should be low scoring into the 7th. That will leave it up to the bullpens. This is where I'll have to cross my fingers and hope the pens keep it close. Sometimes you can't have everything but this total has gone up from 8.5 and it's enough for me to pull the trigger.

Tim, Nice win. Thanks for the post. Just curious if you thought it would be low scoring early and were worried about the pens then would a wager on the Under for the 1st 5 innings make any sense or do the 20 cent lines make it not worthwhile??

Bkeiller, I haven't used the 5 inning lines, ever. I'm not saying they are a bad angle, it's just that I don't use them. I was aware that this wager would have been a good possibility for this game. Yes, I was a little worried about the pens giving up a few runs but this was a strong bet, IMO, either angle chosen. Thanks to the rest for posting.
