In Cliff Lee’s last five road starts, they are 1-4 with the only win as a 185 favorite in Seattle. In those five road starts, he has produced only one quality start – and that was vs the weak hitting Mariners.
In Lee’s last outing, he pitched well and the Rangers won 3-2 as a 180 home favorite over the Angels. Lee had eight strikeouts and allowed only four hits and did not walk a batter. This, however, has not been a good spot for him. The Rangers are 0-6 since they acquired Cliff Lee when he is off a start in which he had more strikeouts than hits allowed and walked fewer than three batters.
