That is usually tough to do in the first game of a series. Nonetheless, we are making this play without knowing who will be behind the plate. Here’s why: Zach Duke has been sharp of late and has pitched 7 of 10 UNDERs this year. The Braves are hitting southpaws at a .217 clip. You never know what you get with Derek Lowe lately but his career stats versus the Pirates (8-0, 2.96 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, .216 BAA) are downright impressive. The Pirates averaged 2.5 runs the last ten games and 3.3 for the season. Have an extra pillow with you when you watch this one. GL RUDY [/B]

I should know this. Right now it is 7-3 in the top of the 9th, but it is raining. If they call the game after 8 complete (or even before the top of the ninth is ended), even if the game is just suspended till tomorrow, won't that make this bet a push?
