RUDY's MLB 4/30 -5/2 (new thread)

The main reason I bring up the point is that you have such an outstanding record here at LVA. And yet the 4 home fav -1.5 RL plays you have posted here (small sample I know) I believe have gone 1-3, -3.10 units At least the 1 winner was a 3 unit play. If you had just bit the bullet and laid the heavy wood on these plays you would have gone 3-1, +2.5 units. I personally don't like playing, and rarely do play, favs over -150 but, here, it seems like a better option than playing the -1.5 run line. Maybe, having a service, you have to post plays that are more palatable to your clientele than laying the large vig. And maybe you have given out many more of these plays to your clients that have been successful (if so please enlighten me) but it has been a negative proposition here at LVA. I'm just trying to learn. Anyway, thanks again for posting and BOL
Play of the Day - Saturday, 05/01/10 1-1 +1.96 units (yesterday) 46-29 +35.24 units (2010 MLB season) -------------------------------------------- Saturday's Play: 907 Saturday, 5/1/2010 New York Mets (+190) 1 unit and New York Mets (+1.5 -123) 1 unit (SPLIT WAGER) 3:10pm EST @ Philadelphia Phillies Today we have a split wager (half your regular bet amount on each) on the NY Mets ML and RL. Looking at the stats for both pitchers (Pelfrey: 4-0, 0.72 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, .200 BAA. Halladay: 4-1, 1.80 ERA, 0.98 WHIP, .243 BAA) we are splitting hairs. But Doc Halladay has the name and also has the money. We will chase the money with the Mets as they have the superior hitting team right now (Mets 51 runs/.262 BA and Phils 37 runs/.226 BA last 10 games). It is obvious that the Phils are not the same team without Rollins. On the other hand, the Mets are playing inspired ball with timely hitting. We’ll grab the money and hedge with the +1.5 runs just in case. GL RUDY
