8 of clubs picks

good stuff, joel
The early game today fits this model: 4-0 +4 207 Marshall +23' I question whether this is as important when the line is so large. You can't make an argument that 22 and 23 are key numbers. (The line is up from 21.) I certainly can't bet West Virginia, though. This is another example of why it's good to wait till kickoff. It's early in the season. Everyone (who isn't tied up in week 1) has a bankroll. In addition, there are only two CFB games on the board and no NFLX. So explain to me why this game doesn't continue right on to 24, which is more likely to be an important number. You don't lose much if this falls to 23 in four hours.
this line is down to 22 or 21.5 now.
One winning week and people are following Joel already - LOL. Seriously, I didn't play, but wish I did now. Hope you continue to post these, as I will watch from now on.

I appreciate the posts as I like the system and it saves those of us that are lazy from having to do the work but so all the newbies know it is simply a system that was discussed widely here before. They are not his "picks". What I do think is funny is that if Marshall covers there will be thanks from some even though it should have been a No Play as the line came back at kickoff. As with any system the devil is in the details. Do you use Tues or Wed lines, Pinny or Hilton, 5 min or 30 min before kick etc etc?? Again, though, as always, more info is better than less and for that, thanks.
You're exactly right. These hardly should be considered "picks." I only have time to do it recreationally. It's discouraging to see the best consider success to be less than 60%. I have no reason to think I can do better than that if I actually handicap. I watch my favorite teams and can't even handicap them with any success. Consider this thread an opportunity to identify potential 8c picks. And the lines I post are the ones I get down at, for whatever that is worth. Remember, lol records.
Would you consider Mizzou a play, as I do think it was 7 1/2 on Wednesday (9 1/2 now)? I am not sure about whether this applies to these weeknight games. Thanks.
Even more so, in the sense that fewer games on the card means more action by junkies, if you'll pardon the pun. I don't do a lot with this on weekdays because of work, so it's no action for me, but if it is 9' at kickoff, that would be an 8c play. It's +10 -115 at Bodog, which is a good sign to me that the game could close 10. It's 7' -108 at Matchbook still. Wish I had an acct there.
Thank you for alerting everyone.
Any games today that qualify?
