303 louisville +3.5 Louisville coming off a deflating loss just 5 days ago, playing a tough opponent with a hurt QB. I do think this team will compete at a high level and Rutgers looked like a unfocused bunch against Pitt last game out. Rutgers offense has been struggling for a few weeks now. I have not been grading plays, but I will have significant units on this one. Louisville feels like the more complete team to me, we will see.
