3315 1Q CENTRAL FLORIDA +3.5 EV Looks as though the rain already passed this morning but I think we see a close first quarter as UCF will try and control the ball as much as possible. Really do not think Ohio St just blows UCF off the field early.

364 UCLA UNDER 62 This one opened at 55.5. All the value is on the under I think. These two teams scored a lot of points against some bad defenses. Both these teams probably going to try and establish the run early, seems like quite a few points for this match up.

334 1H SYRACUSE +15 USC going across the country to play team that will be looking forward to playing and making a statement after losing last week. USC to me was not as impressive as they should have been against Hawaii, they were only 4-14 on third downs. That being said they were 4-6 on 4th downs and I do like the aggressive play calling of Kiffin but that could be a little more difficult against a Syracuse defense that I think will play better than they did last week. USC benefited from 4 TO's and conversely Syracuse turned it over 3-1, I am thinking that evens out a bit here. Cuse has a QB that should be able to get some points against a defense that probably will allow plenty of points this year.
