Charlie J NCAA Totals for WK 7

Charlie J NCAA Totals for WK 7 As requested, will provide all plays forwarded by Charlie whether they've moved significantly or not. Will point out the movement on each though, with the appropriate notes on the current line. 103 OV 54 Rutgers/Louisville -I see a 54.5 at MGM (which has been having problems with their line feeds) and 55 or more everywhere else. 54 is a decent number so losing it has a cost. Rutgers has played two games that have reached 100 so far but that was vs Fresno and SMU. Louisville has not been tested a great deal but certainly seems like they will get theirs vs this Rutgers team. 1H sits at 28. Can see this line steaming up, fueled by the perception of Louisville and Teddy Bridgewater plus those high scoring games played by Rutgers. Thurs nite game so public may pile on here. 55 may look good at kickoff. 105 OV 55 SD St/AirForce -Still some 55 left out there at Wynn, GNugget and HET but looks like it is on the move up as well. If you like this one best to grab it in AM. Another Thurs nite game. 125 OV 54 E Mich//Army -Opened 52.5 and moved quickly to 54. Current best available is 54.5 and also on the move up. 152 UN 54 GeoTech/BYU -One 54 left in town. The rest are at 53.5 or lower. Sharp shops really leading the way on the UN so looks like it will continue to drop. Bet now if you want this one. 1Hs not up yet but UN 27 seems a decent alternative. 197 OV 62.5 Org St/Wash St -This one opened 60.5 so has been the choice right from the start. Now at 62.5-63.5 so Charlies bet # is still available but probably not for long. 201 OV 55 Hawaii/UNLV -Still 55s out there so get it now but one caution. If the winds kick up around here like it did yesterday then that might be an issue. Hawaii can not run the ball so conditions conducive to passing seem necessary. I like this one but a little wary of the weather.
Re: 125 Both these teams are horrific at stopping what the other team likes to do. Army only runs the ball, and EMU allows over 5.7 yards per rush. EMU primarily passes, and Army allows over 9.5 yards per pass attempt. Those are just awful numbers. These two combined for 88 points in Ypsilanti last season. While the clock will be running a lot due to Army's running the ball, I think Charlie is onto something in this one.
There was a pretty strong head-fake on 105 SD St/AForce around 4:40 LV time. Line dropped to as low as 51.5 then got hammered up. At least it is some confirmation that someone else likes that one. Weather calls for possible T-Storm and winds 16-19 during game.
