honestly didn't catch that part..had a direct tv issue, now resolved. The swirling, bad-ass winds kicked-in with 4:30 to go in the fourth...that's Houston weather, it gets clogged up and won't come out...even though you can feel it. Kind of like when you need to duty real bad, but can't fart. It was already getting bad on my side when I posted,,,problem is the other side of town here means 40+ miles away vs. half that like most cities.
