When they make the announcement that Persa is playing it should come down like the EJ Manuel line did last week LOL.

I must be getting old. I remember when they played college rivalry games in November. Northwestern D-line beat up badly when Illini steamrolled them last year with Leshoure going for 330. Was also first game without Persa. Big rivalry game. But Northwestern struggled vs. BC and lost to Army. Pretty mediocre teams have handled those two. Illini narrow win over Western Michigan will help Zook maintain his club's focus. Never a bad idea to play the dog in a Northwestern game. Dog is 39-21 ATS since Pat Fitzgerald took over.

A second blast... it may not come back....sux because I really liked Illinois.
