Rutgers has done nothing wrong so far. Lost 52-51 in OT at Fresno,
easily covering and shutout a FCS school 38-0 last week.
E Mich was outyarded 574 to 183 while losing 45-7 to Penn St Saturday.
Some were on E Mich last week so power ratings probably dictated
all the action. Tough one to figure other than it's just too much.
117 Louisville -7.5 to - 13.5 @ Kentucky
Ranked 7th, Louisville has outscored it's first two opponents by an avg
of 39.5. This came pretty low even if it is a regional rivalry game.
After losing 4 straight to the Wildcats from 2007-2011, Louisville
has won by 7 and 18 the last two years. Louisville needs big margin wins
if they are to have any shot at getting to a title game. Cincys big loss to
Illinois will hurt their strength of schedule rating so the foot should stay
on the gas at every opportunity.
144 Oregon -20 to -27 vs Tennessee
No mystery here. Oregon is a juggernaut, Tennessee got spotted a big lead
last week as W Kentucky turned the ball over 5 times in a stretch of 6 offensive
plays and fell behind 31-3. From that point forward WK had to chase. WK outgained
Tenn 393-382 in the game so the lopsided 52-20 final was not as bad as the score
suggests. After watching the Dallas/NYG game a Hilltopper tweeted that the Giants
need to work on protecting the rock.
178 Rice PK to -6.5 vs Kansas
With and without Manziel they outgained Tex AM 509-486. This looks like a bet on
the Owls off their bye week. Kansas beat SDakota St in pretty convincing fashion
last week so Rice seems to be the attraction here.
190 Utah +3 to -3 vs Oregon St
Think this is a bet vs Org St more than on Utah. Failing to get the cover vs Hawaii,
who had lost by an avg of 31 pts in every mainland game in 2012 after losing outright
to E Washington in week 1 has caused a big adjustment to the ratings of the Beavers.
They will most likely be a bet against team with the public until they show something.

The Rebels. This a bet against the Rebels. They lost what few supporters they
had last week in getting routed at home by Arizona.
