The only thing I understand from strictly cold temperatures is you just plain slow down in it. Both the players and the tempo (plays per game) have been shown to drop off in extreme cold weather. This total is low for a college game and it is possible that it will get bet down further due to the freezing temperatures. I'm going to wait on this and try and pick up a little movement. This game looks like it will be OK as the winds are projected to move on and dissipate today. About 10 mph and mid 30's on the temperature at game time. Less then 5% chance of rain. ---- 203) Mizzou/Ole Miss OV 57 -This line has had some movement to the Over. Range now is 58 to 59.5. Best in LV is 58 at T.I. and offshore 58 at CRIS. WEATHER: Looks like good football weather here. Temp 40s, Wind 10mph and 10% chance of rain.
