One of the worst bad beats ever - Hawaii +7
utah + 8 was worse.
Now I would have to agree with you. I wonder if any guys in Vegas got their tickets cashed before the ruling.
I would think Vegas is going to pay on the 17-14 score because they already paid on that score right after the game unless they held off on paying. Different books may have different rules. Offshores will probably pay on the 17-14 unless they held off for the same reason except for the slimy ones which will take a shot at its' players.
It's a nightmare. Most offshares Graded USC as a winnner Most Vegas books had already paid 80% of the Youths, er Utes, so they stuck to their "once it is a posted final, it cannot be changed" rule. I think the Hilton paid out both ways...........

Station is paying both sides, MGM is paying Utah, Hilton paid a bunch of Utah tickets, but now is paying only USC. I can't remember a game where the payouts were a bigger nightmare. Station gets (rare) props for being especially customer-focused on this. Everyone else seems to be above-board in following their policies, but I predict many of them will be rewritten after this. This one will go down in the annals of sports betting cluster-Fs.
