Smart and unselfish player

Smart and unselfish player RB for Sam Houston slides down twice late in game to stay in bounds. Nice to see. Should be mandatory for all FBS and Pro players. And it was good to see the announcer give him props for it.
Smart? Slides down AT MIDFIELD! at end of the half.............more like 'follows coaches directions'

I thought it was funny that the ESPN anchor doing highlights last night said "Nice job by Flanders staying in bounds, MARION BARBER". Fezz I was curious what you thought of the coaches decision to go for it on 4th and 1 from your OWN 40 up 3 with 2 min left. Pretty ballsy.
Always go for it..........good basic strategy

Thought that Flanders was a pretty impressive RB. They kept making comparisons to Barry Sanders running style. Big School transfer I believe originally went to K-State?

You don't have to know which team is the Grizzlies and which team is the Bobcats or be aware that their rivalry is the "Brawl of the Wild" to know that Montana is in the national championship game about every other year (usually losing it) and Montana State historically is the Vanderbilt of the Big Sky. If you're going to force humor (ignoring for the moment the whole issue of demeaning the Flanders kid's moment in the sun by mocking his last name) it fits better when your cogniscent of know which team is actually playing in the game.
