That's just it. If people want a refund, it will be granted. For me, I'll just use the ACG this trip and save the MRB for next time. It's not the end of the world.

Has the LVA officially announced Jan 7, 2011 as the earliest date for MRB availability? If so, that's a downer!!

Ouch! I was told that the book would be available when we arrived Monday. Now I won't be able to get it until Friday.... Just in time to leave Saturday. No other trips planned for the year.

As of now it's Friday, but we're working on getting a batch in by the 5th. We'll update the schedule as we learn more, or you should call in to see what the status is before coming in.

To address the complaints. This actually isn't an ongoing problem. In fact, it's the first time ever we won't have the MRB on the first business day of the new year. We were late on our deadline, but thought it would still work out with the printer. Unfortunately, things didn't fall perfectly and we'll miss by a couple of days. It's our fault in the end. Sorry for that. If you happen to be in the small subset of members who is affected by the 2-4 day glitch, we'll refund. Again, hoping we'll have a rushed order by Wednesday.

Thanks for the reply! I'm sure it isn't an issue for most, but we're kind of stuck on the bubble. We were already plotting how to best use the "deals" and maximize our trip $.

I will watch the board for updates and will probably call Tuesday to see if any are likely to make it in early.
