2012 MRBs

Just got the mail here in Florida. Renewed in late November, today's Jan. 21, still no MRB. Called Huntington Press about a week ago, they gave me a stock answer of them having been mailed out on 1/9, expect them in 7 to 10 days. Having a hard time believing them. I'm going to post on the "some MRB questions" thread in "Questions for LVA Staff." We'll see if it gets answered.

Last year I had to call and they
had to send one special! I hope I
get it in time for my Superbowl Trip!
I know that the MRB is an addendum to
membership in LVA--but I really wonder
how many would renew without it?????
Also, if I don't get my MRB until Feb or
late, late Jan--I'm getting only 11 months
use out of it. . . . hummmmm. . . . .

I doubt they honestly care. If you don't like the way they handle mailing the books then don't renew is the attitude they have. Seems like they are living in the 80's with technology and service.

Another Michigan person. No book yet.

I'm in Michigan, renewed last week and received my MRB maybe 4 days later.

Still nothing in MN and WI. Both were renewed in Dec.

We got ours in the Monterey Bay area today.

Renewed in December and no book yet. I also called last week and got the same answer. The lady on the phone was kind of rude. Said they go to a mass mailer and are mailed media mail. If we pay 3.50 to have them mailed I would think the least they could do is mail them first class mail. It would cost maybe 1.00 to mail and they would still make 2.50 off of the "convenience charge". We are headed to Vegas 2/5 and the lady told me that if I didn't get it by then I could stop by and pick one up at the LVA office. She also said once mine came in the mail I would need to mail it back to them immediately. I haven't had this problem in the past. I will definately not renew next year until January.

Ordered mine in Dec. and got it yesterday (Jan. 21). Luckily just in time for my upcoming trip. Next year, if I get one I will not order until Jan.

Wow, still not recieved mine, tomorrow is the 23rd and I leave 7:00 am on the 24th without the MRB, Anthony has to be impressed with this service, " hey folks if you don't like it, just drive from MN and we will have it available to you around the 10th or so! Thank You!
