The Ellis Island BBQ is outstanding. Also, you might want to use a 2-for-1 coupon and try the prime rib in the restaurant. It's also very good, especially for the price.

My only gripe (which is actually a massive compliment) is that its hard to try new restaurants in Vegas when you have access to all these half off deals.
