you should go on the ACG site and let Steve Bourie know this. He swears they are still honoring the coupon for new members with an out of state ID. Sorry that happened to you.

Same thing happened to my friend two weeks ago. She had the whole book with her and they told her they are no longer honoring the coupon. Kind of rude about too. We r out of state.

looks like they are accepting the coupon again for out-of-state new sign ups. Knew some people who used it successfully this weekend. Hopefully all their employees at Club Grazie
now are aware of their revised policy. Sorry to anyone who did not receive the free play.

Me, my sister, my husband and brother-in-law all signed up (end of June) and redeemed this coupon simultaneously for a total of $100 in free play between us. My hubby turned his free play into $240 (woo-hoo!!) I turned mine into ZERO (boo!!).

If they have changed their policy on this coupon it must have just been recently. It doesn't surprise me they were rude though, I have read Venetian's revenues are down and that tends to put a damper on employee morale.

They flip flopped all over the place in July, and now seem to have settled on accepting it for out of state players provided you have the pink card that comes with the book. What a mess that place is. Don't feel bad for them, they are cleaning up in Macau and Singapore, believe they just announced record earnings.
