AC coupon trade?

I know we're not allowed to trade the MRB coupons, are we allowed to trade ACG coupons? If so, I would be happy to trade almost any of my 2011 ACG coupons for some of the Atlantic City coupons, especially the buffet coupons for Bally's Wild West and ShowBoat coupons.
