Has anyone used the ACG coupon for $80 Imperial Palace signature massage coupon ? is this for a free or discounted massage - sounds like good value either way

I will probably use it when I'm in LV for the NCAA Final Four. I had to read it a couple times, but it seems that a person pays only $80 for the massage, rather than full price.
