ACG coupon at hooters

ACG has a $200 free play slots coupon. I thought there would some requirement to use this coupon, but don't see anything. I guess my question is you just go in and get $200 in free slot play? Has anyone used this coupon yet? Is the selection really bad?? Whats the catch? I am just getting a feeling to good to be true.

Mostly too good to be true.. It's usable on only a few slot machines. You have to hit one of the top two jackpots with your "free play" to get paid any money at all. It's kind of fun to try once, just don't expect riches from it. I tried it in May and didn't cash.
That is what I was figuring. Either it was only a a couple of really bad machines or you have to hit the jackpot to win anything. Not a big deal will keep the wife occupied for a little bit. Thanks for the information.
We played this last year and the applicable slot machines are in a roped off area. The cocktail waitresses still come around frequently, though. We also had several people in our group and kept things interesting with side bets (first guy to bust, last guy to bust, who'd get cocktail service first, etc.).

Gambling degenerate? Why would you think that?

Yeah, this is like 200 free entries to the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes. "So you're telling me there's a chance!"
And they have also bumped the roped off machines to $5 coin and you have max bet. So $200 Hooter's FSP = 20 spins.......

Kinda silly, but we always do it. Never won anything but we did get our beers quickly. and it took us about 15 minutes - so that was 15 minutes we weren't using our own money. LOL
"Kinda silly but we always do it."

Isn't it for new members only?

BTW, it's $300 for 2012. How generous of them.
It's completely worthless, or as close to worthless as you could possibly get without being worthless.

Your best chance of hitting a jackpot with this coupon is looking for a wet spot to slip on on your way to play it.

I believe the machines they require you to play it on have to have at least some mathematical chance of you winning, but that's it according to Nevada gaming laws. They can set the machine however they want basically. For all practical purposes, it's a scam, in my opinion.
