It's $10.94 on Overstock. I think their standard shipping charge is a flat $2.95. Or they are running a promotion right now that if it's your FIRST order with Overstock, your shipping is free.
Those were the best deals I was able to "google" up with a minimum of time investment. If there are other better deals out there, I'm sure someone else will know about it.
