Bacchanal Buffet MRB Coupon - anyone use it??

We had a mixed experience w/this last week.

On the downside, we arrived around 10:15 last Wednesday, and discovered we were being charged 38.99 for what the receipt said was weekday brunch. That's very different from these other experiences posted above, and from the timing posted on LVA's website for this buffet. I didn't think to look around afterwards to see if they'd posted a change their meal plans; would hate to think this is a way they bump the price up for folks using this coupon--in essence, our $10 coupon really only saved us $3 each from the price mentioned in this thread and on the LVA website.

On the upside, this still felt very worth it--the most overwhelming buffet I can remember doing, including Wicked Spoon and Wynn. Yes, it felt ridiculously priced, but even w/the brunch price and coupon, we were paying less than $10/person more than any other quality breakfast buffet we could have visited--and the options made it worth it. I'd do it again--and hope to on our next trip this fall, if I can track down another buffet coupon!
I used it at the end of June and they told me at that time that they were going to have brunch all summer long. I should have reported it when I got back, but forgot about it.

I was there on a Thursday and found the buffet to be awful. I've never had an experience like that at Bacchanal before, but I've never been there on a weekday morning before, so I don't know if it's just the norm that it's so slow that stuff sits out too long or what, but I didn't eat one thing that was worth the calories.
Sure glad I read this...we were seriously considering it at breakfast prices. Guess not...
Fresh kilbasa is the best.

Curious if anyone has eaten there since this summer, when there was a brunch price--and if so, if they're returned to the less expensive breakfast? We're returning next week and plan to use my wife's coupon this time.
Wondering if you used the coupon on your visit?
We used the MRB coupon on Monday, 10/31/16 at about 9:30 a.m.. We are platinum and there was a designated platinum line and the hostess put a "platinum" placard on the table when seating us (previously diamond and had a "diamond" sign before). No line anyway so it really wasn't necessary. Cost was around $45.00 for two after coupon. Definitely worth it, great service and fresh, hot tasty food. There were a lot of non-breakfast items even this early such as crab claws and peeled shrimp, Asian foods, pizza, and kielbasa as mentioned! I think this was a great value with the coupon and would do it again if included in the LVA book. Enjoy!

Thank you shwhite for giving us the feedback from your experience. Did you have any experience with the 2 hour limit or were you long gone before the two hour limit would be an issue? I'm a slow eater and take breaks, with that being said, the only time I recall staying over 2 hours at a buffet was at the Mirage...all that wine which is included with the buffet slowed down my eating!
I can not comprehend taking 2 hours or more to eat a meal. Having to post a sign must be a result of buffet grazers waddling and gorging like pigs eating slop.
Thank you Drmilled for adding nothing to the thread.

We had spent well over 2 hours at GR steakhouse enjoying our leisurely 7 course meal. You go and enjoy your Big Mac or other fast food place where you can woof down your meal as you exit the establishment.
