Coupon Compiling

I didn't really want to make a thread just for this, so this thread seems the most appropriate:

Eastside Cannery and Cannery (Player's Clubs operate separately) have an on-line thing called "WebPass," in which you go on-line and earn points to get a bunch of free stuff at those casinos. The offers are pretty good, and the time investment is negligible, in my opinion.

You get 25 points for logging in and play a "Pick it," or, "Spin the Wheel" game that takes maybe five seconds and wins you a minimum of 250 WebPass credits, after that, there are two links that you must click and scroll to the bottom of the page and click the, "Webpass," link, 200 points each. Finally, you can guess the mystery word (it's always a word on their site, easiest way to do it is to do a Google Search and do the three words immediately before the blank, example: Eastside Cannery AND "Best slot payouts _____" and the word will appear in the Google Search.

Yeah, so that's a minimum of 975 Credits per day that takes a grand total of about one minute, you can win up to 1,000 credits on the first game, though. Also, if you want to play their on-line video games, you get 100 points every time you beat your own high score on any given game, too time-consuming for my taste.

It's good for Free Play (you still must earn points to get the extra free play), food and drink related stuff, discount bucks and a few other things.

I'll be in Vegas in three days and I have a free buffet, three free drinks at the bar, "A Free Gift," (Don't know what it is, yet), $5.00 credit at a restaurant and a free appetizer at Cannery and at Eastside Cannery. It's a pretty good deal, especially if you screw around on-line every now and then, anyway. Like I said, each property takes around sixty seconds to do all the stuff to get the 975+ points every day. The buffets were 18K points each, the two free drinks is 4,500, the one free drink is 2000, and I think the $5 credits were also 2000. The Free Gift was 15000, so maybe it's something good, I guess I'll find out.
Thanks, Mission146 for posting that information!

No problem! I'm actually going to be writing an article in the upcoming weeks about coupon compiling for a Vegas message board at which I am one of the Administrators. It's mainly about how to use LVA, ACG, New Member offers and casino coupons to essentially have a free Vegas trip...in terms of EV for a first time visitor.

Unfortunately, having the EV to cover the cost of my flight is a hopeless endeavor, though I imagine there are many in the Pacific time zone that could either drive/fly and have a completely free Vegas trip, and maybe even make a few bucks.

I would also encourage people to try to get their hands on vouchers that are around in some hotels/casinos (and in areas such as Baker, California -- and maybe Barstow, California) plus check the Freebie magazines as well since there are more deals around.

You're welcome, and thanks for the compliment!
While going through the article, I realized that I have more information about what you wrote:

01). For transportation to Las Vegas, people should check with Greyhound to see if they have "The Casino Special" from their city -- they do from some cities in California. This can be relatively inexpensive (such as about $60 Round Trip as long as you tell them when you initially purchase the ticket what date you will be returning);

02). For gambling promotions, there are also Non-Negotiable Chips to play with (such as the ones that are offered with the "Win Cards" promotion);

03). The American Casino Guide has a list price of $18.95 (Plus Sales Tax if applicable), but people can pay less than that amount by going online to the ACG website or other sites. Or, if people are members of the Auto Club (AAA), they should be able at their local offices to get a copy for $14.95 Plus Tax;

04). Also, avoid staying on or over holidays. On Holidays or weekends, the tables and machines could be taken up and so you might end up with less selection;

05). Also, check to make sure that no special events or major conventions are going on when you're planning to be there. That would effect the availability of rooms and is more likely to effect room rates as well;

06). The RTC Bus also has pass options such as 2 hour, 24 hour and 3-Day passes. The only place that I saw a $2 Fare listed on their website is for residential area buses, not the Deuce or Express buses;

07). There also are some other shuttles around, so these could be checked out as well (such as the Palms shutle). Give info on how to get all shuttles (such as by going to the LVA website);

08). For extracting as much money out of Freeplay as possible, it might be better to use it on Video Blackjack instead because the Variance is lower than other games and in the very short run, the return could very well be higher as opposed to your extracting the money out through other playing options (such as through a Slot Machine);

09). For those who do play the casino games, check out Slot Clubs because there could be a separate Comp account (such as at Plaza/Las Vegas Club, El Cortez or Four Queens);

and 10). Then there are the Freebie magazines plus vouchers for further coupons or discounts not only around town but in places such as in Baker, California (which is on the way to Las Vegas) and also other options for saving on food or shows (such as at Tix4Tonight locations).

I hope that this helps!
