The D 22 is a push coupon

I think Chilcoot sums it up well. If you are in the area, it is worth a shot. If you have to drive from Montana -- not so much. It is not going to be life-changing stakes, no need to analyze it to death. I know we would all like to extract a profit from vegas, but vegas should be fun too. If you can't make a decision, just stay huddled up in your room.
That is a decidedly unhelpful post. What is wrong with trying to figure out what a promotion is worth?
nothing wrong with that at all. nothing wrong with a little sarcasm either. it was not meant to be a jab at you jzaroff, please I beg of you, forgive me if it sounded that way.
so if there is anyone left who has decided that this is not a worthwhile proposition, may I please have your coupon at this time? and for that matter, all of your LVA match play and free play coupons. JUST KIDDING!!! I know that would go against LVA policy.

We had a real aberration (I think) in using this coupon this past weekend. We had match plays and were going to be playing the game anyway. I busted with a 22 almost right away. After playing for 1 1/2 hours my wife still had not been able to use the coupon. We made $300 between us and walked away with the coupon still in hand.
If you get 23 and above,do they take your coupon?

I'm pretty sure that it doesn't work that way. From what I'm understanding, you would play with the coupon sitting there until you Bust with exactly a total of 22. And so if you subsequently end up busting with other higher totals, that would not affect the coupon and it would still be in use (once again until you have a hand where you bust with a total of 22).

And so what I'm saying is that at least as far as I know, the only way that this coupon could be lost is once you bust with a total of exactly 22 only. Again, ending up with any other higher player busting total would not cause the coupon to be lost.
