I have maintained my offer level there at your old level. Going from 25 to 7 is a huge decrease. When did you play there last? Was your avg play per day on that last trip less than your earlier trips?

I only go once a year - December. I drop about $500 bucks at the "M" each time. Granted thats not gold card play. Its just frustrating I get good deals every for every month until the one I actually go. Oh well, I'll still go anyway. I like the casino and the restaurants.

By drop $500 do you mean $500 in losses? Or $500 in play?

It could be that they use a rolling average theoretical, making your play from last December either not counted, or counted less. My experience with several other casinos is that in LESS than a year with no play, my offers get cut back.
