Does Palms 50% off work at Cathay inside 24/7 Cafe?

We love dim sum and may be sure to hit the Cathay House now inside the 24/7 Cafe at Palms on our next trip.

I can see that the LVA Palms 50% off coupon is honored Sun-Thursday at the 24/7 Cafe; does that go for the Cathay House menu as well?
